The Maryland baseball team has officially released its Fall schedule, with games against Virginia, Georgetown, and their Fall World Series at Bob ‘Turtle’ Smith Stadium. The Terps will start on the road against Virginia on Oct. 20, followed by a home game against Georgetown on Oct. 26. The Fall World Series will kick off on Nov. 8, with Game 2 on Nov. 9 and concluding on Nov. 11. The team had a successful 2024 season, tying for the sixth-most wins in program history. Head coach Matt Swope led the team to its most wins under a first-year coach, with key players like Chris Hacopian, Eddie Hacopian, and Elijah Lambros returning for the upcoming season.
The Terps are looking forward to building on their success from last season and are excited to showcase their talent during the upcoming Fall games. Fans can expect competitive matchups and exciting plays from this talented roster.
