Catonsville’s ‘Frederick Road Fridays’ Summer Concert Series Kicks Off This Friday
CATONSVILLE, Md. — After a weather-related delay, the beloved summer tradition of ‘Frederick Road Fridays’ returns this week, bringing free concerts to the Catonsville community. The series will commence on Friday evening, featuring local music acts at the lot located at 15 Mellor Avenue, just off Frederick Road.
Concerts will take place every Friday from now until August 29, with the exception of July 4. Each event is scheduled from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, providing residents and visitors an opportunity to enjoy live music under the summer sky.
In addition to the entertainment, ‘Frederick Road Fridays’ aims to benefit various community organizations each week, including Catonsville Youth Baseball, the Catonsville Mason Lodge #189, and Catonsville Emergency Assistance. This initiative underscores the concert series’ commitment to supporting local causes while fostering community spirit through music.
