Dr. Fuchs, who joins PATRIZIA from the Ströer Group, will lead the newly created Chief Technology Office within the Executive Division, enhancing the company’s technology capability and digital platform to execute its investment strategy more effectively.

Dr. Fuchs is tasked with developing a data-driven digital platform that will improve collaboration, operational efficiency, and investment performance while addressing evolving client needs. His role is integral to advancing PATRIZIA’s sector-focused investment platform, which was successfully launched last year for real estate and infrastructure.

Dr. Fuchs brings over 15 years of technology leadership experience, previously holding senior roles at Ströer Group and ProSiebenSat.1 Media. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Regensburg.
