Maryland Athletics Appoints Mandy Allendorfer as Executive Director of One Maryland

COLLEGE PARK, MD – Maryland Athletics has announced the appointment of Mandy Allendorfer as the new executive director of One Maryland, the official NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) initiative designed to support the university’s student-athletes. Allendorfer will spearhead NIL partnerships, events, and media opportunities for athletes across 20 sports, marking a significant stride in Maryland’s NIL efforts.

The announcement coincides with a multi-year partnership extension with Blueprint Sports, which will serve as the internal NIL marketing agency for Maryland Athletics. Allendorfer, a former Terp softball player with a distinguished career, previously held the position of Director of Collegiate Partnerships at Athletes First and spent 18 years at the Boras Corporation.

Expressing her excitement, Allendorfer remarked, "Returning to Maryland in this new role is a profound honor. I’m passionate about ensuring our athletes can thrive both academically and personally while building their brands." Brian Ullmann, Deputy Athletics Director, praised her hiring as a "home run," while Blueprint Sports CEO Rob Sine lauded Maryland’s leadership in the NIL landscape.

Launched in 2023, One Maryland aims to maximize opportunities for over 500 student-athletes, making a significant impact in the evolving college athletics arena. For more details, visit onemarylandnil.com.
