The hotel’s 86 rooms and suites feature the Aiello Voice Assistant (AVA), allowing guests to access 24/7 concierge services through voice commands for a personalized experience.

Aiello has also launched Aiello GuestWeb, a digital concierge service supporting 58 languages, to reduce customer service calls and increase service orders revenue. The company’s CEO, Vic Shen, highlights the tailored AI-driven data solutions for hotels to provide precise insights into guest behavior, boost revenue growth, and enhance overall guest experiences.
