Rogers State University in Claremore, Oklahoma hosted a Technology Day on the Hill to showcase their technology and justice programs. Dr. Curt Sparling, the head of technology and justice studies, highlighted activities such as unmanned aerial systems, cybersecurity, forensics investigations, artificial intelligence, and game design. Prospective students had the opportunity to interact with current students in these fields to see what they could achieve. Dr. Sparling emphasized the importance of breaking the stereotype that STEM fields are difficult, and encouraged individuals to pursue degrees in technology and computer science. The event aimed to provide insight into the programs offered at RSU and inspire students to consider a career in technology or justice.
