Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a series of new sexual assault and rape accusations after five new civil lawsuits were filed against him. The suits, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, include allegations from separate incidents between 2000 and 2022, involving two men and three women. One of the women alleged that Combs raped her when she was 13 years old. The suits also claim that Combs drugged one of the men and all three women.
Buzbee plans to file a total of seven suits against Combs in connection with these allegations. Combs denies all the accusations through his legal team, stating that he has full confidence in the facts and intends to defend himself in court.
Combs is currently being held without bail on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges, with a trial set to begin on May 5. Federal prosecutors have seized data from over 90 devices belonging to Combs as part of their investigation. His legal team has requested that his accusers in the federal case be publicly identified in order to prepare a proper defense.
Combs has faced previous lawsuits, including one from his former girlfriend, which was settled immediately, and another from former group member Dawn Richard. Despite the ongoing legal battles, Combs continues to deny all allegations against him. His attorneys have filed an appeal to fight the bail denial, while the legal process continues to unfold.
